  1. The old one did more and did it better. Did I miss why it was changed?
  2. Hi Peeps, I'm thinking of grabbing a week or two in the Med or Spain/Canary Islands in late April/early May and wanted some advice. I'm going on my own (first time ever but just need a break!) and was thinking about just getting a flight and then booking into the first hotel I see for one night and then scouting around for somewhere nice. Anyone ever done this? Cheers in advance, Andy
  3. Yep I have seen this car in the flesh and I so gutted for you mate. It was a peach and was one of my favorite Z's. The MR2 is nice too. Looks like ababy Z. Any chance you can return my call by the way? Andy
  4. That picture of Pabs with his thumbs up is awesome!!! If George Best had a chubby retarded nephew then it would be you Pabs!! Nice little meet good to have good beer, good food and a good chin wag! Might just have to get my Z back on the road now!! Andy
  5. Shweeeeeeeeeet!! I'll give you a buz after I've had my ears lowered!!
  6. I might just have to come along. It's been a while. No Z unfortunately! Hmmm I wonder if anyone can drop by Ascot and pick me up on the way? Andy
  7. Just goes to show how amazing the Our Lord is!! He created all that in less than a week!! Still not sure why God made me an atheist though? Amen!
  8. Hi Bud, That did look good but rubbed occasionally (arch liner screw heads)so I changed the 25mm spacers for 20mm but I can't remember the offset of the rims! A little trick I did was to gently bend back the tabs that the arch liner screws go into. You can also take 1mm off the heads of the screws. This doesn't sound like much but it helps. Word of warning though - you may crack the paint on the thin edge of the arch if you don't heat up paint as you do it. Also you may crack it and not realise so apply a little clear lacquer on the edge for good measure. Good Luck chaps. Andy
  9. It might drop a bit mate if you only just put the car on the floor. Worst case you can drop it slightly with a set of Eibach springs and still stay within the operating tolerances of the standard shocks.
  10. Nice!! Ride height plans Gary?
  11. Car covers outside in the wind will damage high points on the bodywork especialy. Not good on fresh paint. Car cover in a garage yes, outside -no!
  12. I have been working on a twin led round light project for a while now and will soon have them in my hands. Drop me a yext on 07843 425220 if you are interested! Andy
  13. LOL!! I missed that!!
  14. Good for you Mate!! We all make mistakes!! I've lost it with mods on here before and know how you feel. Big respect for apologising for your behavior. I was cringing reading the threads last night!! Onwards and upwards. Andy
  15. Well, I can't tell you how disappointed I am at a whole month of "radio silence" on this topic. For this reason I have accepted a position of REO on another site where I intend to follow through with some of my ideas. I really was hoping for a change here but never mind. Andy
  16. I've got one!!!
  17. Stick it next to mine on Saturday mate. Save to taking it off.
