  1. M4 come off at A33 and head into Reading. Retail park on left KFC etc
  2. Yes Buddy. About 7 for some food and a natter. See what other cars turn up and then a beer at 9.00ish See you there. Anyone else in Reading?
  3. Reading is a s far as i can go. I'm running out of Petrol money until I start my new job in October.
  4. See my last post! Maybe you and croeso should go on a date?
  5. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwhhhhh. Where's my little violin? Do you need a hug? Are you ok? I like you, even if no one else does. Actually that's not entirely true!
  6. Yeah, what ever. I'm off to bed!! What you up to?
  7. Nice stuff in there!! Here's a good one. The prize could be an embroidered polo shirt with your name on - handy to wear at club events, the club name and also what you won to get it!!!!! So it would say something like - "Andy Isherwood, Sexiest Man 2011, 300zx.co.uk" Or "Pablito, Slimmer of the Quarter, Q1 20012" or "Daffy, Most Indecisive Member, 2012" Actually, not sure about that one? Or, "300zx_666, Musical Chairs, Champion, JAE 2012" This way you get something nice to wear, people can see your name and you can proudly wear your prize for all to see!! I'm sure Kim can get the shirts sorted. What do you all think? Any other ideas for example categories?
  8. I'm so proud of you mate. You are giving up all that kiddie bait to give to the club. Everyone's a winner. I know this is a big ask but why don't you donate that 10kg tub of Wertters Originals. You can give up, I know you can do it!!
  9. Both Iphone and Macbook. Do people have trouble with Hemeriod?
  10. First things first mate. Just try staying off the kids. Work is work, but all that "I want to keep my hand in at the weekend" stuff is just going to get you in trouble.
  11. We are waiting for you to come back with some answers mate!! In the mean time we need to amuse our selves!! As you have stated, we discuss loads of stuff and then you go and present a summary to the committee and fight our corner!! Do do do do dooooooo. Bored bored bored!! It's a forum for discussion. Just think how many burgers and sausages you buy next year at JAE if Murt can save us £1,600 a year!!
  12. One of my main points is about freeing up budget mate, so if we can save money in another area then it helps so it's totally relevant.
  13. I'm just getting my shopping list ready for you!!!
  14. If you look at the bottom entry on the bottom page here http://300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=94723 we paid £1425.60 for online/internet service in May! Ouch! And £1395 the year before in May???!!! Who are we paying this kind of money to every year? I have no idea about IT costs so over to the experts - MadMax - what's your input?
  15. Only ribbing you because you drive a beemer!! Fair comment, not everyone has the same wants.
  16. Oh! There seems to be a lot of money going out of the account on "Web Hosting" or "IT Services" something?
  17. Not sure what point you are making mate. You could still be on the site and not pay your subs if you don't feel you are getting anything out of it but then that (according to the constitution) would mean that you couldn't be a moderator. So I'm guessing that the main reason you pay your subs is to continue being a moderator because you enjoy it. What DO you want out of it? You've kind of answered your own question. Get yer arse out and be sociable!! Oh yes, sell the BMW and but another Z!! Then you will feel better about driving your Z and meeting up with everyone for burgers and beers and laughs!!
  18. Fair point. Just thinking of transportation issues. Not that I think they don't fold down just wondered how small? Someone on here will know how big the ones from JAE are...
  19. Cool! the regional banners don't have to have the region printed on them by the way. I'm thinking something like this instead of the massive flag poles. This is from the guys at HJC last weekend. It was quite small when folded down and packed away. Four stakes in the ground and it's nice and solid.
  20. Bloody hell Bob!! He's more of a tart than you are!!! Oh go on then, I love it!! Was expecting to see you at Japshow Finale again?
  21. What kind of a road beast are you taming these days? Sorry that just reminded me of an old Harry Enfield sketch!!
  22. Another child about to be sacrificed!! :scared:
  23. LOL! All I'm suggesting to start with is lets agree that any money left over this year is allocated back to the members for events. Rome wasn't built in a day. Maybe then look at using a few quid for kit. Something tells me that if you suggest big chunks of money to be used then the answer will be no! Taking £2,000 out of £25,000 still leaves a very healthy balance that other clubs would love to have! I just know after speaking to other clubs that they would spend it on having a great time!!!! Let's see what Vods comes back with........
