  5. Finally started the car after getting everything together and both the clutch and brake pedals seem to go to the floor way to easy. When I depress the pedals the revs drop too! Have I set up the one way valves on the vac reservoirs wrong? Why is the brake pedal going to the floor? :confused1:
  6. Yes bud all back together apart from two front wheels (arch liners need finishing) and I have an electrical issue in the cabin plus the gearbox wiring and that's it. Start her up and then pop over to you to see if the clutch needs adjusting!! Thanks for all your help and advice BTW. Andy
  7. Make it look like this!! You'll need a decent metal drill bit....
  8. Hi Tom, It's not the normal location and it's quite cool how it all worked out. If I get the wheel arch liner out - I'll get you some piccies!
  9. Brilliant pictures Kim. Wish I could have made it!! Next year!
  10. You can just see it in the top photo - all the red silicone hoses. I have the wheel arch liner back in now unfortunately. Why do you ask?
  11. Bloody Hell Stella!! I've been watching this thread all of yesterday/last night and refrained from posting as I didn't want to say anything without considered reflection. More importantly - I didn't want to pay you a compliment that I may later regret. However, you little bugger, you have left me with no choice..... WELL DONE Stellaz for the way you have conducted yourself all on you own through out this thread!! You have been calm and balanced without being threatening as has already been mentioned. You have put a fair argument across for Simons ban - he's a Marmite kind of guy who I like but this not just a forum for me so life goes on and lessons get learned hopefully. I have my opinions about the committee and how this place is run but sometimes times I think that if I mention anything I will get banned so what's the point! lol! Well done to Takemetothepub for raising such a potentially controversial point in such a diplomatic way. Stella, do me a favor and give Dave a little coaching, I know he's new but telling members to F**k OFF and calling some of them Tits is a little embarrassing for you guys on a thread that is being conducted so well. Dave - are you sure about this?? - not the kind of thing that will make a new member want to join the forum. Anyway, remember folks - in the words of one of the worlds greatest film makers "Calm down dear it's just a commercial":tt2: (that threw you didn't it?) It's only a forum so, I'm off to get under my car again!! Enjoy! Andy
  12. Yep, they are different so I'm told!!
  13. Thanks for the comments about the wheels! Anyhoooooo I thought I'd show you some progress pictures of what I'e been up to while everyone else is enjoying them selves at JAE! (Manual conversion plus several other "while I'm at it, I might as well" jobs!!!!) New Z1 SMIC going on, New HKS filter element, Brake and Clutch servo reservoirs installed in wing. Line Lock, horn push and fog light buttons all replaced and relocated (Oops! I've been a bit premature again!!) New dash installed not showing the dreaded yellow sponge!! No idea what it will be like so can leave arrangements loose and maybe have a little drive out to a nice pub somewhere after.
