Going to pick up the zed after my wheel-loss-tomfoolery the other week :D The wing has been changed and sprayed, the paintwork on the door and bumper has been touched up and blended, caliper replaced on drivers side and seal kit done on front calipers. Plus 17" V-Spec GTR alloys to fit - woohoo! :D:D:D Can't wait! Re my old alloys (16" split rims) - they are in good nick apart for the one which broke loose (alloy scrubbed all round inside, tyre knackered) - would it be worth refurbing them then seeing what I could get for them privately, or selling them cheap as they are? I think the scrubbing could be made good if refurbed. Any thoughts? Cheers Pete

I resprayed my wipers a few weeks ago, they look lovely now, v easy job :) I got some grey primer and gloss black car spray paint from the the Autoworld near me. Couple of coats of primer, leave for a day. Then I spent the following evening nipping to the shed applying 5 or so coats of black, one every half hour. I also sprayed some lacquer on to finish but thats probably going over the top :D The rubber seals - you can get a treatment made by Autoglym I think, but people use all sorts - do a search :) HTH Pete

Not much difference between auto/manual I wouldn't have thought, over that distance ;) unless anyone can correct me. I still think though, unless you get a perfect start and nail each gear perfectly in a manual, an auto will win ;) You're right mate - it is well addictive! :D:D

Nel corso dell'imparare pensare logicamente a bodybuilding, scoprirete che impariate qualcosa circa la natura di pensiero in se; quale può allora essere estendere ad altre zone del vita umana. E con lo studio e lo sforzo continuati, espanderete progressivamente la vostra gamma intellettuale; e, quindi, maturo come dell'essere umano se.)

Unless you are running higher boost than stock it is ok to use normal every once in a while if there's nowt better ;) Best to use super or optimax if you can IMO.

Does it leave any sort of line afterwards? After you've rubbed all the glue off...? EDIT: I should actually remind myself of what the line looks like before asking stoooopid questions - I suppose it depends on you well you smooth the filler ;)

Danny @ DTA Motorsport sells them - check out the traders forum, I think he has prices on there. I've only watched other people using ConZult on my car but the simple stuff is easy enough to understand. Pete

I'd do the cheap and easy stuff first - check for boost leaks and hook it up to conZult, put a shout out for anyone in your area, I'm sure someone'll be willing to lend a hand :) When was the last service (plugs, filters, oil change etc)...?

I got mine (stock Nissan, but gas filled) from Jeff @ Zedworld - Jap rears, I presume N/As are the same at TTs?
