I’m sure I’ve seen her in a night club or was it a bloke.
  2. If you want to have a go this is the best way to do it. Well if you know the colour, get a touch up pen and put a small amount of paint on the scratch. Leave it for about two to three hours, repeat until it’s just proud of the surrounding area. Wait about three to four days to harden off. Use a small piece of wood or plastic about 1”x 1” that you can hold and then super glue some 1200 wet and dry to one side (make sure that side is flat). Wet the block and sand over the painted area until flat, and then buff it up with some red T-cut to bring back the shine. After all the scratches are done go over the whole area with a car wax. Good luck. Paul
  3. I love to see a good thunder storm.
  4. Mmmmmmm :D
  5. It might be easy to sort out but it depends on the colour of your car. Is it metallic or a block colour?
  6. Only if it has pink dots.
  7. We never grow up that’s why we have the big toys we’ve got. I have a 300zx model to finish, I’ve done some mods to it to make it look like my real one (99 spec bumper etc). So it will be a mini Rainbow ZTT and I can look at it in my study when I can't see my real one, just to remind me how nice my car is. The misses’ totally takes the p*ss out of me for it, but I’m just a big kid at heart. :p
  8. The doors on the Nissan are that heavy they would probably fall off or hit the ground. I hope it’s got a fail safe thingy built in. If you were doing 70 on a motorway and it shorted out and that sh*t kicked off. If it did work, make sure you take your seat belt off first.
  9. My jap cars the same only 50k and mint with no rust.
  10. I think it’s a good idea, if there’s someone you didn’t like just say ‘do you want a lift?’ then when they’re just about to get in the car turn the fookers on.

    happy birthday mate. :duffer:
  12. Nice one m8 get it sorted and back on the road. :)
  13. Once you know how it’s not too bad but there’s nuts in hidden places, best have a look at a 300zx owners manual to see where they are.
  14. That would be cool m8.
  15. I’ve got a super tiger bomb rocket ship. Does that count?
  16. Same thing happened to me once, I was in the left hand lane and she was in the right lane, there were road works up ahead and her lane was closed so she started to drive into the side of my car. She didn’t give up and I ended up on the kerb, but in the end she ended up behind me. She was not happy at all, I was ahead of her in the first place if she was ahead of me I would have let her in no problem.
  17. Mmmmmm.....might have a look down, Marc I think you might need to get some brakes on your motor first m8.
  18. I saw a car on ebay that said it was owned by frank bruno a while ago to.
  19. Good to see someone interested in a Z, I’ve had two 300zx TT and some might say I’m lucky but I’ve had not problems. The first one was an auto and the one I have now is a manual. A lot of people will say the manuals are the one to have but the auto are still quick and fun to drive, so I wouldn’t rule out an auto. I think if you want a UK model there might be more of a chance it will be a manual, an auto if it’s a Jap model. Most Jap cars come in with about 50k on the clock a UK will most likely be higher. Good Luck mate Paul
  20. Once he was pass me he over took all the other cars on the road. He didn’t care about the on coming traffic. It was a pretty new car so I think it must have been nicked. The only part of the number I got was NU1, I’ll be keeping an eye out for a red Corsa with sh*t heads in it. They might think they can take the p*ss out of me because I was in my Punto, but if I do find them they will know they have picked on the wrong person.
  21. It’s a bit of fun when you smoke a chav in a Corsa or Nova and the response is respect but when things turn bad it’s not funny. I had a crap day at work and just wanted to go home and forget about it (that was not the case). Just came off the round about and was on a 60K road when I saw a car coming up behind me, it was a Corsa with five chav’s in it. I couldn’t believe how close they were so I touched the brakes to say back off, well he didn’t he started to ram the back of my car. When he over took me he tried to drive into the side of my car and in doing so he hit my mirror. I just let him go, I’m starting to dislike driving because there are to many fooking w*nkers on the road 'what can you do'. The only good thing I can say is I was in my Punto. The thing that got me the most was a Police car going the other way and he didn't even stop or do a thing. Sick as a chip Paul
  22. I Think I was misunderstood, I was trying to look at the easiest way for the lad to get the best results from the way he was doing the job. I been spraying for over 20years so I know a thing or two. Yes some cars do have clear coat over the colour but if the cars had a solid colour re-pray it’s unlikely the car will have a clear top coat. Hope you get it sorted m8 Paul
  23. When it comes to spraying in a garage I’m your man. Lets get straight to the point, first of all make sure the paints dry, if it sand down with 600 wet and dry (sand it wet it cuts better and doesn’t clog the paper as much). Once the bonnet is smooth use a 2K colour 2 part lacquer to 1 part hardener and about 1.5 parts of 2k thinners, spray on till shinny but not too much, put three coats on with about 15 minutes between coats. Leave the lacquer to harden off for a week, then sand down with 1200 wet and dry, put some water with a small amount of washing up liquid in (makes it easier to sand) a tub and sand it wet. Buff up with T-cut then use a car wax to finish off. You don’t put clear coats over the top of solid colours only metallic. Good luck m8 Paul
