Someone in the past jacked my car up on the crossmember and bent it so it rusted and had to get a new one for the MOT last year! Mark - bummer mate! Feel for you. BOV's have been put back on mine due to the rear brake pipes needing doing. £350!!! :shock: Ivan

That part number is Micra K11 and some other petrol cars from what I remember working at Nissan 3 years ago. Ivan

Mine did this and it turned out to be the top arm. Rep[laced it and hey presto! All was fine. Ivan

Yeah tried that Andy. Just done a compression test and on the problem cylinder it read 55 psi and on two of the others it read 130-135 psi. What does this mean? Whats it supposed to be? Whats the next move? Ivan

Right guy's. Tried a couple of other things on my tickover missfire now.. It only does this on tickover but when it revs above 2000 it goes away. The missfire is centred around the middle spark plug on the passenger side. Here's what i've replaced:- PTU (cheers Chunk) Injector connectors Coil pack connectors Swapped coil pack Swapped spark plug Temp sensor harness Carried out ECU diagnostic - code 55 Made sure all the terminals in the PTU plugs are connecting. Used an engine fuel cleaner (Forte) Has anyone got any more suggestions on this before I tear my hair out? Cheers Ivan
