  1. Many thanks Dipone - the site you linked has much more detail than the article/post I was looking for, so it helps me a lot. Dave
  2. I have decided to look for a later version of the Z32 than my present 1990 model. I know I've only had it 5 minutes but I have been intoxicated by the many Z32's I've seen at JAE, club sites, AutoTrader, eBay and the web generally and have decided to get a version that has some of the add-on features that I've seen and liked. I have discovered it will be cheaper to buy another Z and sell mine rather than add these features my present Z. Somewhere, I have seen an article or post that said many improvements were made to the Z32 at a particular point in it's production - I think it was around 1994/95. As I am going to change my Z, I might as well try to get one that includes all these improvements. SO, can anyone tell me where I saw this article/post as I have searched for it in vain for many hours today. Failing that, can anyone detail the changes on THIS post for me so that I can ensure I buy the Z32 model I want. I might have seen it on the ZClub site so I will post this item on that site as well. (I know many of you (us) belong to both clubs so I apologise in advance for the duplication.) Dave P.S. If anyone is interested in my present Z, or think they know the whereabouts of a Z I might like to buy, please let me know. The spec I would like is:- ESSENTIAL - Jap import - 2+2 - N/A - Manual - 1993/94 Series III (or higher) DESIRABLE - Silver - Viper (vented) front wings - Engine bay 'addons' (not interested in performance enhancements just appearance improvements) - 17"/18" alloys - etc.
  3. I've presently got a Z32 2+2 which is N/A manual. Although I like it very much, I am being wooed by the body mods that are around, particularly the vented front wings and raised rear spoiler. The cost and time involved in putting these on my Z has made me think it would probably be better to buy one that already has the spec I like. So I have been looking at Z's for sale but most of those that have the spec I would like are SWB 2-seaters. Apart from the obvious, what other differences are there between the two versions? Dave
  4. Can you get peformance chips for N/A's?
  5. I've got the red one but it doesn't fit the glove box - why not? This post has been running for a year this coming Saturday. Is that a record?
  6. O.K. I'll back off. I'm not prudish but just trying to protect the innocents and scrawni's offer seemed a bit forward. This post is accessible to the general public you know. Dave
  7. Isn't it time the moderators intervened here?
  8. Wow!!! That was really fantastic...........you are to be congratulated on some superb videoing.
  9. When (if) you grow up, hopefully you will learn to drive with some small consideration for other road users and not drive like an a**e h**e. Dave
  10. Hi - Is that what we do in this club, brag about the speeds we get away with on public roads? I guess we all stretch the limits a bit when the conditions are right but I can't see doing 120mph on a 'smooth twisty section of road' is anything short of b****y stupid. I wonder how many of us know of families mourning the loss of relatives and friends due to the irresponsible maniacs who think the road belongs to them and have the juvenile idea that 'it will never happen to me'! Come on guys (and gals) save the burnups for the tracks, we don't want to see more names in the obituary columns, especially those of our members! Dave
