sorry guys had to pick up t'other half and go shopping and make dinner. I put a deposit down of 200 quid. I'll test drive it before I pick it up and if its rubbish well I'll try my best to get the deposit back since I wont be backing out cus of some other reason. I was told the car ran really well etc etc so if it doesn't then they're lying which 'technically' they can't do. Znut about the front bumper, how would I submit that to insurance? Aftermarket bodykit? Bonnet/grill? or not at all. Of course anyone could answer this question.

The guy I spoke too seemed like a really nice guy and wasn't pushy. Didn't try and force a sale or anything. How different is that front bumper then? Will it have to be submitted in insurance?

ah right. I thought it might have been the new skyline but then it said it was already on sale so wasnt so sure.

Ok a bit of research and Infinity to Nissan are like Acura to Honda. And that is a skyline isn't it.

He did say the car had not been driven for a while and the battery was dead and it would be replaced. When I started it he used one of those portable battery things.

All cars were inside. It's going to have full mot, tax, service and 6 month warranty though so hopefully it'll be ok.

Yeah asian guys. They'e on the corner and yeah there's a car park opposite them. They're close to the custard factory and digbeth coach station.

Maybe its for code meaning "this is the one with the civic engine". Or maybe the Japanese person who owned it swapped it.

Premier cars. They're on auto trader. Cost 3500, 50k mileage totally standard apart from exhausts. They had 4 z's in stock. Unfortunately I took a gamble as it hadn't been registered yet so I didn't get to test drive it. I'm just worried it will be too big. How are they to park etc?

I never realised how BIG they are. I don't know if the 300 will fit down my street. But I brought it anyway! A Silver NA Manual 2+2 Woohoo. I'll probably crash it on the way home (got to drive it out of b-ham city centre). The one I got had 2 big bore exhausts on it and I swear I turned on the engine it sounded like some Chevy V8 or something. I want something fast-ish, for kind of half general use. I intend to go to work in it twice a week. I want something that looks good and is good for the summer. Hence the zx. I'm thinking I'll go for the NA so I dont haveto worry about the turbo maintenance and looking silly waiting in my car everytime I arrive somewhere. I know turbo timers can solve it but with immobilisers thats a grey area too. I'm going to look at one today and they have a tt too so hopefully I'll drive both.

I suppose since a lot are imorts the production run is really 10 years. Hey did you see the 300zx that the baddy drives in kill bill? only in it for a short period but it looks cool. Funny when cars are like 10-15 years old some people tend to worry about reliability but when its a 60's or 70's car suddenly the same people don't care that its old.

Yeah I was looking at preludes too, I quite like 'em but I think it's the targa thats totally got me. I said before I like the mr2's with the t-top but they're only 2 seaters. I never even knew what a t-top was until a few months ago and now I'm hooked.
