  1. Yeah the espace was the main bit. I'm noticing that its becoming less and less about cars though entertaining as it is. I love it when they have to buy things like the supercars for less than 10k and the porches, bangers to get o manchester etc but for me the tractor thing was pretty crap but hammond on the bridge and in the village was good.
  2. Hammond was saying torques too. On the Good bad ugly dvd though Clarkson used the proper units!
  3. So on Top Gear they said that Hypercars are cars that aren't all about amazing handling and speed but more about showing off and looking silly. Have they just made this up or what? I though Hypercars were mega fast supercars like the Koenigsejergrglrng, Mclaren F1, XJ220, Veyron etc. Whaddya reckon? Oh yeah and Clarksons got a new phrase to add to 'torques'.... 'carbon dioxides'. What!?
  4. The one in kill bill is great. In that point break clip though look how modern it looks compared to all the cars around it.
  5. Sunday Roasts are the new rock n' roll!
  6. My name is Alex Ford
  7. Looks like it was in the making in about 1986
  8. Maybe it was an upcoming series highlights segment.
  9. Didn't they already make the biofuel before? I'm sure I remember hammond saying something like "Human poo is beating cow poo".
  10. Thats damn scary. I'm suprised more damage hasn't been done in there though.
  11. I started reading it thinking "hang on he hasn't got a Zed anymore", then I checked the date. So there was never a time when people didn't take the piss out of indian zx. I suppose even now he's searching for that elusive car that can out drive the mysterious white fiesta.
  12. Saw this the other day with Lance Armstrongs GTO. But I love it because it is all all american muscle cars ;)
  13. are you using your forum name?
  14. If we say that a car is in development for 4 years before they get released to the public then you could say the same thing about ALL cars. If a car comes out in 2002 you wouldn't call it a 90's car. Then again you are right since the 300zx came out in 1989 therefore you cannot say its not an 80's car.
  15. You definately have a point but I refuse to believe I know more about torque than Jeremy Clarkson. I think he says 'Torques' like other people say 'Horses'. I know horses kinda makes sense so its more likely that he just hasn't thought it through grammatically.
  16. No hassle, but loads of 'Hoff
  17. check out 'Red Light' and 'I'll Never Know' at http://www.myspace.com/theuniversals There's also an advert for the album so if you hear anything you like in there you can get it all free from http://www.blooter.com Yeah!
  18. I noticed the 'torques' thing too. He may have been told to say that so more people know what he's on about. Or maybe he just likes the phrase.
  19. Exactly. Top gear is the new 'wrestling'. You all know its fake right ;)
  20. Fantastic clip. The 300 comes from behind and just eats into the 350.
  21. Surely I don't have to post a link to THAT video.... Actually I just looked for it and it seems the BBC have removed it from youtube.
  22. Got to be clarkson as he's so funny. But you got to love Hammond and May. If Tiff couldn't drive I think most people wouldn't give him much time. As for quentin I'm listening to him now on americas dumbest! Never really liked him though. Steve Berry's a legend though... "The zed is like John Travolta"....
  23. any of these particularly good for music?
  24. And take into account whats written in the speech bubble ;)
