datascan activation trouble

anyone out there had trouble activating the datascan software?? i've sent off the code via email a few times, but with no answer!! its been about 2 weeks now, i'm getting a little upset!

    you have to put the code in the subject bar not the main message section. i only did this the other day and got a code back within the hour.
