Lots of reasons why. 1. They dont care about breaking things. 2. Professional test drivers. 3. Blueprinted and balanced engines, sticky tyres etc. 4. Things like spare tyres, jacks, carpets, sound proofing will all have been removed. 5. It will have a small amount of high octane fuel in the tank etc. eg the Jaguar E-Type cracking 150 mph - the only one that could manage it was the one that Jaguar used hhhmmmm

A let`d n*** is a very quick car, admittedly they look crap and are a bit chavvy but with EDS phase 2 chips and a big fmic they will easily have 280 bhp and they weigh fook all.

Not liking that much at all, its just too long. With the roof down the length of the boot just looks daft (a bit like the Jag xjs convertible) and with the roof up it looks like a lardy MX-5 (coupe roof).

Lurverly colour and I like that style of wing mirror as well (abit like the vectra) but they are a bit too small and dont suit the car imho.
