Help with ecu+fuel pump
The wire is in the passenger side sill, try putting some punctuation in as the paragraph makes hard reading :)

Help with ecu+fuel pump
There is a wire that goes from the ecu to the fuel pump that has a habit of fracturing in or around where it runs down the sill, your best bet is maybe to bypass it completely, susbstituting it with another wire?

off to london
Would like to recommend but I can't, the thing is a death trap, it breaks down regularly and is only a matter of time before it capsizes when it hits a bridge :mac1:

Have got to admit not keen on the waxworks, I think I see enough of these people on the telly without paying to see an exact wax copy of them :)

off to london
One of the better things to do, is one of the London bus tours, I think the tickets were quite dear but they entitled you to take 6 different bus tours in one day and a riverbout tour, I went on one and I found it very interesting even though I live in London!

off to london
http://golondon.about.com/od/thingstodoinlondon/tp/free_London.htm If you enter, things to do in London for free, into google, then a raft of things come up. My favourite museum is the museum of london, very interesting, you would be better off getting an oyster card for travel, I believe they do one specifically for tourists.

what about these injectors?
Why do you want to run 16psi, when the turbos no longer work efficiently at that stage? How did you get to that figure? Since your zed has not been running right, hadn't you better see how fast it is when running properly rather than spend money you haven't got?
-
what about these injectors?
Well the injectors can be done at a later date, as you can see from my link to get a nicely balanced zed is quite expensive.

what about these injectors?
I am not sure why you have bought uprated valve springs? Here is some idea asto what you can do with 10k http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=90387&highlight=intercoolers

what about these injectors?
http://www.scholarengines.co.uk/ Joely give me a ring if you want some advice? Jimmer you should sit down and work out your budget and then determine what state of tune u want to go for from there!
-
what about these injectors?
The more psi you run the more it becomes risky, injector manufacturers do not recommend going above 80% duty cycle. Most people on here run their turbos to 15psi (for turbo longevity)and this IIRC the injectors are running at nigh on 100% duty cycle. In an ideal world it would be more suitable to run the car with 555's but balancing out the fact that this would set most people back £500+, I can see why most people are hesitant to do this particularly as it does not make the car faster!
-
what about these injectors?
Mate believe you and me the more I have been involved with these cars the more I can say there is no cheap way of doing things! Injectors are one of the most vitally important parts of the engine if they **** up then your new engine dissolves. If Legrath wants to experiment with different injectors then he is experienced enough with these cars to know when something isn't right and deal with it! I would rather recommend keeping the money by so that when they pull the engine you have a slush fund to dip into when they find something else that needs doing as they always do! The DW injectors are not new by the way they are bored out stock injectors! If you do insist on new injectors the ONLY option is Nismo 555 IMHO!

what about these injectors?
Injector recon by scholar is about £100 in total, delivered back to your doorstep!
-
what about these injectors?
They again are for a series 4 car, the type you want does not have an oval shaped connector clip, but a square one.
-
what about these injectors?
The minimum u want are 550, I would personally direct the money towards getting the turbos professinally reconned and go to scholar engineering to get your stock injectors reconned, you don't need to take the engine out to swap injectors, and you can upgrade at a later date?
-
what about these injectors?
480cc where?
-
what about these injectors?
No, not unless your car is series 4!
-
what about these injectors?
The deustchwerks injectors are ok but why faff around with resoldering the loom and fitting an adaptor kit when it doesn't cost much more for nismo and any ecu you get will not be tuned for these exact injectors?

Do yourself a favour and get the ds2500 for the ring, then put on the others for normal road work!
