Chassis Number and Date of Manufacture
Might be an idea to remove your Chassis No off a public forum for security reasons!

Think my motor is dead - can't believe it :(
Try swapping the afm/ptu, then if that doesn't work disconnect each coil pack in turn and what ever one alters the tick over the least is the one that is giving you problems!

Of course mate, try giving me a ring and we can have a chat?

You will need bigger injectors, haven't heard anything great about the coil packs so give them a miss, you will need bigger intercoolers and a new chip/custom map, probably a Koyo rad and bigger oil cooler as well, would be sensible!

Ball bearing turbo are not less laggy! The point you will reach +ve boost on a thrust bearing turbo and ball bearing turbo are the same, the point at which you reach full boost will be different and will be fractionally quicker on a BB turbo, but the difference is minimal and you will hardly notice it! If you are going for a Big BHP build you are really talking about an engine rebuild and mods to support it and many 1000's of pounds, just for info.

You have to get the idea of better out of your head :) There are pay offs, generally speaking the bigger the turbo the more laggy, but more BHP! I don't think the entire greddy set up is cheaper, than a pair of JWT 700's but let me know if you do find them cheaper? :)

DVLA review of inspection procedures (SVA test)
I believe after reading PPC the tosser gov we have in at the moment want to make any car we have modified from the manufacturers spec subject to a SVA, probably due to the environmentalist nazis and the chavs ruining the image! The in and outs of it will have to churned out by the lawyers but if the dutch guys are anything to go by this will kill the modding and motorsprt scene in the uk :(

How many honestly think this is possible?
It all depends on the plug you have, but generally the higher the boost pressure, the closer you have to make the gap as the extra turbulence from the higher boost blows the spark out? But I am unfamiliar with the plugs you have got?

New Rads
Basically you have to decide whatever is best for you, but I have seen and installed both radiators and some Z1 radiators have been bent out of true and the welds have not even been comparable to the quality of Koyo, there was something about Howie not making Z1 radiators as well, not sure how true this is? Basically either radiator will be better than stock that's a no brainer, but I cannot install Z1 rads because the quality control is not good, and once they have landed it's not exactly worth my while to return the faulty item! I am not trying to start a flame war or anything, just trying to be honest with people!

New Rads
Fraid they haven't been like that for a few years Vinz, they are a welded on neck and not formed from pressing.

how much shud i pay for all of this
It will run in safety mode if the det sensor is knackered and the ecu sends the engine into a protected mode which will lower the performance of the engine to prevent detonation! Reattaching a working det sensor (irrelevant of it's position) will send the right signal to the ecu and this will go to back to operating the engine in the normal mode hence the boost in performance! Attaching the detsensor to another position on the engine, means that it will not be working as it should, and really render it useless if not redundant!
