  4. Hi, I used a TT gearbox on mine which slides straight onto the NA manual propshaft, in terms of the NA diff holding the power, I have no problems, it is a low mileage unit 30k and I have used redline diff oil. But I have only done about 10k in the car. I would think Karls best option after smithy's RPS advice would be to go the TT flywheel and clutch route! Jock if you still want to sell your manual conversion kit let us know your price we have people queing round the block for them!
  5. You can get a bigger TT bell housing/clutch flywheel etc (good luck finding them), but you are better off getting a uprated na RPS clutch from smithy!
  6. Standard oil piping on some cars rusts to bugery and leaks.

  8. if you have access to the metal then heat that, it is preferable as it will conduct the heat straight to glue.
  9. Sorry banana We have never had to cut one off, if it is knackered fine otherwise heat it with a hairdryer and use the tool mentioned
  10. Put some cardboard around it and use one of those twisty oil filter removers and a wrench, lastly try to get the gearknob warm as it loosens the glue, and buy some new bushes if you are taking it off worth replacing!
  11. JUst tell em it is a supercharger
  12. Leave MAF in and bolt the filter on the end of the MAF
  13. Depends how long your stroke is  :xxx:
  14. Steer clear of old TAT, some filters let through small particles of dust this then hits the turbo blades dents them and knocks them out of balance, lots of money at a garage then spent! What am I saying please buy them :D

  17. Hi Timmy, Long time no hear mate, give us a bell :) It's a great price if you live in the states, but the bill would work out to well over 3k once you've added import taxes and just try claiming on that warranty :)
  18. It is not worth it, there is not a problem with the stock location of the oil filter and on the sandwich plates I have tested they do not fit the RHD zed, always willing to see what is available out there though, sell your kit to the skyline or 200sx crew!
  19. Fine mate, Will have to catch up soon, whats your msn address?
