I am very wary of dyno figures, because there are some conservative dynos like the Surrey RR and some dynos are let us say a little more enthusiastic, ;). I am also wary of manufacturers proclaimed dyo figures, although nissan seem to be reasonably accurate! So if you have done all the correct tests to see if your engine is running correctly and are happy with the cars performance then that is the most important way to judge your car.

I wouldn't touch any of venoms stuff with a barge pole, particularly something as crucial as a fuel pump ;)

Any high quality AF will do, the expensive Halfords AF or castrol AF seem good, mix the water AF before you put it in and then you know you have the right quantities.

Any high quality AF, make sure you use 50/50 ratio as the anti corrosion inhibitors only kick in at that ratio!

There is a downside to fitting bigger injectors like 800cc! 1. there is not a map off the shelf for one and you will have to get a custom chip for one! 2. The idle stability is not that easy to maintain and a lumpy idle might ensue depending on the ability of the tuner. 3. If you are worrying about the cost involved between upgrading from 555 injectors to 800, then this is small change when considering the £10,000 you would have to spend when to use the 800cc injectors to the their full capacity. Not trying to sound like I am on a downer, just trying to give some indication of what is involved :(

Nothing wrong with Sard products and if you get the right ones they do not need a resistor, 800cc injectors unless you are planning a to sepnd a lot of money on your zed is a bit overkill!

Some people like a heavy clutch so that they can fell what is happening some people don't, give martyn a ring and he will clarify anything you need to get it to the point you feel happiest with it? What manual cars did you have before, the zed does feel a little heaiver than a lot of other cars? With a short shifter it is slightly more difficult to select gears and don't worry Jeff we know about overtightening the bolt :)
