  1. Yes mate thats the one...apparently he told my wife, 'not my fault its been done before!! ' Err no there was no crack in it before he touched it and i managed to open the friggin boot without craking it!!!! sorry..really pee'd off...
  2. ok My wife had the car today for one reason or another, calls me to say the front drivers side tyre is flat, ok, get it pumped up and drive to the nearest tyre place to get it swapped..no, shes called the RAC.......... ok, so then i get a call to say he put the space saver on but he's cracked and pulled of the strip of trim just above the lights (think its like the '96+ spec? - ill get a pic, where the Nissan and Twin Turbo badges are) when he opend the boot!!! jesus christ!! so all that was needed was a type pumping up a bit now ive got a cracked trim!!! So now i'm wondering where to get one!! if anyone knows where im talking about that is before i get the pics up!? Ta Ed

  13. Well, sold my old Zed almost exactly a year ago - bought an MR2 Turbo and wanted my Zed back ever since! So i bought the black Pearl! Mantav8s old one! Going to pick it up tonight - cant wait! I would say i'd post some pics but there were plenty in the Ad in the for sale section! Be at more meets this time too - going to put my name down for Z008 too.. Rgds Ed

  17. Thanks Pete, Paul - I haven't been able to do the bypass so I think Im best to leave it tomorrow. I'll do the bypass over the weekend and maybe re-book with you for next Saturday? Thanks for all your help. Ed

  19. Sorry Paul, not trying to put you in an awkward position or make the descision of rme , just trying to gauge myself whether to risk it or not - If the matrix burst, would anything happen to the engine, as in, no water and engine seizes up or is the matrix separate?

Hi Paul, I've got my car booked in for 9am with you tomorrow for a supply and fit of a new..well 2nd hand heater matrix as ive got water peeing out of the footwells etc..anyway on the way home from work tonight, i spotted steam coming out of the vents..nothing wrong with the way the car was performing etc, just steam coming out. Do you think the car will be ok to drive the 120miles(?) from Birmingham to yourselves there? thanks Ed
