when you fit pads it is a good idea to let the bleed nipple go before you force the pistons back, youll be amazed at the colour of the fluid that comes out.probaly been in there 15years.this will give you a firmer pedal as old fluid has a lower boiling point.also i have heard of seals being turned over in the master cylinder if you just force the pistons back.for most cars this isnt a problem but it has been known on zeds.the improvement in pedal feel is noticeably different once youve bled some fresh fluid through.
  2. hks make an ecu called an alc which piggy backs into the auto ecu.they make the changes quicker and a lot smoother.i think they cost about £200.ive been in a swb tt auto with an alc and the difference is tremendous.
  3. the harness people use on zeds is intended for a maxima.which is a four cylinder.means you have to buy 2 of them.if you have a bosch injection agent near you they can supply a plug and terminals which will do the job and they dont cost much.

  5. the logic of a free flow exhaust helping the turbos to spool up faster is logical.but if you speak to zed world theyll tell you that de cat pipes have been the downfall of many a turbo!!!
