From MJP: New rear screen lower moulding £71.88 New rear screen corner tabs (2) £20.89 The lower trim is replaceable (i think!) without removing the glass. The upper trim isn't.

Sounds like you melted your earth wire then. Solution is to hardwire what you just tested, a new earth wire to somewhere on the chassis.

Are you sure they were the right pins 22 and 23? The diagram above is for a LHD zed, also remember the pins are on the connector not the pod so the other way round.. Double check you have the rght pins.

No not tricky to remove, but to convert. FASTREDZ did his own conversion, not one of mine. ;)

P.S. i have developed a special technique when I do ignition barrel rings, as it is VERY tricky. As we have found out. :(

On the back of the right hand pod unplug the middle plug, turn the lights on, wire a live into pin 22 or 23 (i forget which). (Use your multimeter to test earth continuity to find which.) This should provide 12v to all other illuminations. P.S I wish someone would help me with my fog-light diagram issue! :smw:

Wiring diagram required. Front Fog Lamps, but Jap spec. All I can find in the manuals is US, Canadian or UK. :( If you can find one i'll owe you several beers :) :duffer:
