Tell me about it. I just bought mine 2 days ago so wanna drive it as much as to try and pick up any faults but I'm driving like a right pansy.....still loving it though.

Yeah that looks like it may be the case here. Doesn't really concern me as everything seems to be in order and got sufficient service history since. Just when it comes to resale have no idea what to say..... Ah well, wanna keep it so won't worry too much

darn...manufactured 1992 and imported 2003. wanted to try and get some comfort on the mileage more than anything. I take it that no one would track the speedo conversions or anything in that case?

Ive just bought (tonight!) one of the above that was registered here in 2003. Although I have service history since, I have no documentation from when it was first imported in. Is there any way you can request details? As in the ESVA test results etc? Just would be nice to have if it was available. Cheers Henry

Thats bloody awful. I had something similar that was totally automated and just a recording. Some bloke basically threatening you for calling his bird up etc. The way its done is clever cos every time you speak they seem to speak over you or guess the response. That was vaguely amusing after as the guys were sat opposite me sniggering but that topic is never amusing and very serious....specially as no-one owned up to it straight away.

I work for them so am banned from playing...cant even participate in wishful thinking. However there is nowt in my contract about donations from my car club so a couple of months interest will do me. wink wink.

Just bang a hole in the exhaust then you will have to replace it! As for the chip and induction kit, what she can't see she will never know about!!!

Spot on scrawni thanks. Looks like when I had my alarm fitted the guy put the siren speaker just next to that box and prob knocked it out. Should be easily sorted when I get the speaker out of the way! Thumbs up for all the help guys!

On the import it ranges -7 to 7 and on UK it has -14 to 14. If I was getting indigo dials for my import would it be an issue that the range is different? Can't see why but better to check before spending..... Thanks

Thanks Clarky, ive had a look and hopefully you mean this box that ive circled (albeit badly) in blue. There is a hose sticking out of it that goes nowhere so it sounds like you were right but I have no idea where its supposed to go to.

As above really.... My boost guage has been dead for a while but the car seems to be boosting fine. Any advice welcome.

Cheers for that. Ive given the temp sensor (which was pretty filthy) a good clean as Ive heard that can cause the prob, but I know there are a few usual suspects. Prob is, as its intermittent you have to just wait and see if it happens again. Whats the difference between the FICD and the idle control? (IACV or something?) Either way, where can I find it, and whats the best way to clean it??

He was too much but to be honest he could be the final link in the Utd team. Sometimes you don't need the exceptional players, you just need someone to come in and do a good solid job, with no errors. You guys missed Keane as a holding midielder and if Carrick does the job then your 1st team could push Chelsea for the title....then the price it worth it. However, despite having a quality 1st team, think your squad is lacking and injuries to key players (carrick, rooney or ronaldo for example) and you'll start to suffer methinks.

He came from west Ham in summer 2004 so hes hardly been a Tottenham player for his whole career so doenst really need to show loyalty. He was bought for 3 mil to do a job which he did very well pushing Tottenham in to a top 6 team and now hes given you guys a healthy profit. Besides hes a good player but not a great one yet and Jol is astute so will easily pick a replacement with money left over. He now gets to play weekly with Rio behind him and Rooney ahead and that can only be good for his England career and for England themselves. Good business for Tottenham and Carrick if you ask me. Man utd are mugs for overpaying but he will do a job for them and if they win the league I guess he was worth it.

Very annoying problem... I had to jumpstart my old prelude on the weekend several times using the 300zx. Since then my stereo doesn't work, my clock is very faint and "shimmering" and most irritatingly my air con turns itself off and resets to 25 degrees ( i have remote start and like to start the car so the air con makes it nice and cool by the time I get there....now its just freaking hot) Why? Why? WHY? :cry:
