sh*t dave :( DId you get reg of the astra...or is it easily recognisable ?

Your boy ok ? How bad is the zed ?

zed has damaged bumper lights broken back pushed in a little bit

ex took son to hospital but seems ok thank god i used her expensive car seat it saved him

and astra is blk newish with full bodykit etc as im only in somerset twice a week now dont really know the cars that cruise round anymore gave my description to the police they were more interested in checking all my documents really just had it motd and hour before car has been recovered so will look at the damage later but as i said im totally gutted and lost for words!!

No way mate, glad your boy ok...so you didnt manage to get the reg then?

What a cu^t! Glad your both ok. I have noticed since getting the z that every pratt with a big bore exhaust or ridiculous spoiler wants to race, i just leave them to it but that doesnt stop them driving like idiots.

i didnt get the reg coz he was just all over me in town up my arse the whole time thing is i was driving it under my traders insurance and was gonna do it on my normal one today so im not sure whats going to happen and if the guy that hit me from behind is liable or not i was only doing about 50 but from that the guy behind me must of being going quite quickly

Other driver hit you, his fault.

Sorry to hear that mate:cry:

If this twat followed you round Taunton, shouldn't the police have access to CCTV footage for some of your route - I mean our movements are supposedly tracked everywhere now in the Big Brother State:x:

As far as the accident, that twat braked hard in front of you and you still managed to stop in time - the old fella who hit you should have been more observant or keeping a safer distance behind you. It's got to be his fault.

I hope you get it sorted mate - and I hope your ex calms down after a few days. After all the accident was not your fault; someone drove into you, remember!

Good luck,

Richard

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

first of all, sorry to hear this mate, second its the other drivers fault as he hit you from behind and third your ex cant stop you from takin your son out, dont know how you feel about her but my ex is a complete and utter b***h so i'd just tell her straight,,,,OI MISSUS SHUUUT IIIITT, lol.

Sorry to hear this, always some bloody thing...

With the traders policy did you inform them that you was in posession of that car ie give them the reg, as normally only covered for 2 weeks otherwise.

And as legrath says, the old guy is at fault end of...

fooks sake mate thats tough. im lucky in that on my way to work and back i dont really get any pricks wanting to race, perhaps the odd cock in a fat audi but on that rare occasion when some tw@ is up my arse i honestly come THIS close to just stamping on the brakes.

1st job would be to find astra driver and give him a bag full of revenge:rant::rant:...glad you and the toddler are ok bud;)

Why have both ??? as long as you inform them you are covered unless of course they say NO.

Glad to hear it, full respray then to get the colour match:cool:

I might be reading this wrong but how is the Astra driver at fault?

Might have been a D#CK in town, but if he emergency stopped then that might have been for a reason? Or, could well have been a real situaltion at any point....My point, were you seeing red after he passed you and were you driving too close to him, or sat up his backside??? Did the Astra stop on motorway? Did you not have a lane to avoid him? Hard Shoulder? Middle, Fastlane, rather than stop as well?

The guy behind hit you so no hassle, but i can't work the astra bit out? Would it not have been wise to pull over for two mins with the baby in the car and let him F off??!!
