Here Here Ian, I admire you for carrying out such a project and spending many'a'dollar on it to get it just as you want it. And that is what it's all about, getting it the way YOU want it. I only wish I had that sort of cash to do stuff to mine (albeit not as grand) This car, on the other hand, has been done by someone in Japan and for THEM and may not be what people in the UK are looking for. If someone 'does' buy it in the UK you could almost gaurentee it's not exactly what the buyer wanted but yours Ian is EXACTLY howt you wanted and that's what it's all about !

Same people that plough £10s of thousands into one I guess? An enthusiast! A lot of people on here have spent £15k on their car, let alone the cost of the car itself. I see no difference other than the fact that if you were to build a car with that sort of claimed BHP, then you'd be looking at spending twice that amount. I'd rather build my own though.

 

I have no comment on either cars. But would love to see them head to head on the rollers though. Would be a good watch. :)

Personally I don't care what people think. I have been lucky enough to be out in Maccas car and trust me it is as he said. . . breathe taking.

Very very fast. It is also one of the cars that has had a lot of time and money spent on it.

What MAC doesn't realise though is that my car has alway been the faster because its blue, and that is a far superior colour to red :shock:

Also MAC's is probably one of the most famous Zeds in the world, I think people use it as a measuring stick because it probably is along with some others who have put alot in to their cars.

i think its actually got a full fuel system installed, from memory when i looked at it, its got a nismo 280 lph pump feeding an external tank.

 

running 814 whp is technically possible but the fuel pressure must be at least 4 bar and in the 90%'s so if it was mine i would have stuck some 1000's in but it is possible on 850's be it only just LOL

 

please also remember the usa vert ran over 1000 rwhp on 740's LMAO

 

theres no doubt the spec on the car and the greddy turbos are pretty good at spool as mac and i know ;)

End of the day i think i speak for everyone on the forum when i say we respect the amount of money, thought and effort put into your car MAC.

 

You're doing something that benefits all of us and gets us some recognition and I am always awestruck when someone is willing to invest this much money into a project and do it right instead of a half arsed attempt.
