HELP !!!

HI ALL, I AM NEW TO THIS SITE, BUT NOT THAT NEW TO THE 300ZX. I HAVE HAD MINE FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS AND I LOVE IT. I WANT TO CHANGE MY STEERING WHEEL TO SOMTHING A BIT SMALLER AND A BIT BETTER LOOKING, BUT I CAN NOT FIND ANY LISTINGS OF A BOSS THAT WILL FIT A Z32, I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP MY 4 WHEEL STEERING THINGY UNDER THE STANDARD WHEEL, ANY IDEAS WOULD BE WELCOMED. MY SECOND PROBLEM IS THAT MY Z RUNS OK WHEN IT IS COLD BUT IF YOU STOP AT A PETROL STATION TO FILL UP, WHEN YOU START THE CAR AND SELECT DRIVE ON THE AUTO IT STALLS. THEN IT IS VERY HARD TO START AGAIN.ANY IDEAS??????? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

    I think Momo sells wheels that fit the Z, I'm not sure if you can keep the HICAS though.

     

    About the stalling problem: you might want to try to set the idle a little bit higher.

    It can also be that your TPS (throttle position sensor) needs to be replaced or readjusted.

    Warning!! my car came with a slightly smaller steering wheel made by Tomei from Japan it looks good but I cant see much of the clocks because of it which is slightly annoying.

    Oh oh, don't want to alarm you but that's what mine was doing, turned out to be a shagged engine which I'm in the process of sorting out. Hopefully a full re-build!

    you can get a steering wheel hub by Abflug who sound german but is jap i think. Search on twinturbo.net for more details. Its about £50 plus shipping etc. Someone else does one also but I can't remember the name. The hubs fit most Momo wheels.
