handling would'nt be affected at all unless your running big power and high speeds

you have a wee and snowygt needs one

i've just had a wee thanks Saz :D

My Z came over from Japan with the spoiler removed. I kinda liked it at first, but the more I looked at it, the more I thought it needed something on the back. SWB look good wingless, but the LWB really needs something at the end of its long sloping back to give it a slight kick.

3 posts in 1 minute, lol.

looks alreet that... what spoiler is it and do you have pics at other angles?

Looks like a Navan spoiler.

i had mine off but believe me at high speed the rear end deffinitely felt loose so i put it back on even though the smooth rear was more to my personal taste, i will remove the spoiler again though when i have a functional rear diffuser and maybe fit a small lip spoiler

I've always liked the Navan spoiler. I say keep it. But, replace that faided old TBL and fit some 99 spec lights. Job done.

Do yourself a favour and steer clear of the lights that make the Z not look like a Z.

99-specs can be bought through Z centre. They are not cheap, but really update the back of the car but keep the car's distinctive original look.

I would say remove the spoiler but get a lip form Z center (like mine but without the spoiler).

Then go 99 spec. It would look very nice indeed.

depends on how fast you normaly drive it , i agree with Simon that the LWB does need something on there to finish and punctuate the swooping lines of the back end , however the SWB looks far better butt naked you dont really need it unless your going stupidly "please ban me officer" fast ...so its all a matter of personal tatse , end of the day its your zed , have it how you like it

i would change the rear lights though to 99 spec , i am in the process of doing mine while teh car is away having an upgrade , but i am converting mine to LED

nice car by the way

Having no spoiler definitely affects the handling in my opinion. Mine was de-spoilered when I bought it but I have fitted a 99 spec spoiler now and the difference in the way the car felt was noticable straight away. Its not just at speed either, on winding roads the car feels much more planted and stable to me and inspires more confidence.
