yes no back door action particularly selling back door action

Even thinking of selling cost £20 these days :). It's the price of inflation ;)

To be fair pal, no matter what you claim, i read your post/ad and you were clearly trying to sell it without paying the subscription! £20 ain't exactly alot of money so just pay it and you can advertise as many things as you like, if you don't want to pay it then you can't advertise on this forum - simple :)

i was just asking how much do youi could ask for it

thats all

If that were really the case, why the picture???

If you want to ask what your zed is worth, you need to tell us what year it is, what mileage it has done, and if it is non, slightly or highly modified.

You listed everything along with a picture and it was clearly an advert!

and its not up for sale until the end of july or my not even sale it i just would like to no if when i do put it up how much would be a good price

im not here to rip anyone off

or trying to sale it via the back door

did tell you all that and for the picture its nice to see what we re talking about

Ok pal, i'm not going to get into arguing with you, you and i both know you were trying to advertise and you did'nt get away with it, lets just leave it at that. :)

If you want to sell it, it is worth spending £20 to join the club, you will get lots of benefits, one of which is the right to sell on this forum :)

In that case bud, defineatley subscribe, that way if you sell you can officially advertise through this club and if you decide to keep it, you will already be a sub'd member of the club and can enjoy lots of other benefits whilst you own your zed. :)

seeing as i know nothing about your motor zeds go for between £100-£10000 depending on the condition, spec, mods and mot n tax left....TBH bud its easier to check what has been sold on the forum earlier and you'll see what goes for how much so you can price / compare yours accordingly

hope this helps

On the flip note, without a full description and pics do you expect anyone to be able to value a car??

Maybe we should have a new section open to all for valuations. Threads only open for two days and then deleted, this will give the owner a chance to get a value if they want one which is common place here and not have an advert with a car for sale up for long.

Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay!

Have a look on pistonheads, autotrader, ebay etc etc........ That way you'll see what people are asking.

I can't remember the details of your car, however if it is a TT auto in alright condition the average going rate is about £2300-2500, if its a TT manual then prob about £2800-3000.

If its a N/A an auto prob about £1500 and a manual £1800.

Cars that are in really good condition will be worth more and bad condition less.

It could be up for 20 mins or 20 days............its still basically a free advert! Every sub'd member pays for membership and one of the perks is advertising things for sale. I don't see why every regi user should have the right to post their cars for sale without paying membership.

And yeah yeah i know you're saying its for a valuation, but it would'nt work that way!

If i were you i'd sell it on here or a similar dedicated site rather than ebay. I've seen some nice ones on ebay but they all seem to sell at a lot lower than their true value. I saw the pic of yours last night and it looked like a nice example so when the time comes to sell i'd pay the subscription fee as you'll get a better price from someone here than a bargain hunter on ebay.

i dont see a point in valuation threads. It does'nt take 5 mins to look at other cars for sale to get an idea of values. Plus value is all about opinion with cars like these anyway.

On a factual note... this is a club made up of paying members. We are referred to as "subscribed members" in our avatar.

This issue was democratically voted on by the members and seems to have worked well ever since it was started.IMO.

Registered users are not club members and do not have any say in the running of this club. That is down to the committee and the members.

I dont see any need to provide anyone from out side the club with any sort of service at all whether they own a 300Zx or a Ford Fiesta.

your wrong Pete, I'm referred to as "Victoria Meldrew" under my avatar because I'm a Whingeing ****

If it is so important to be subscribed, why do we have registered members at all? Sometimes I find there is quite a bit of unnecessary "us" and "them" on here. Sorry just my opinion.
