I'm so jazzed up! Just sorting out the final details for my summer trip to the US. I planned it around a large annual Zfest. This year it's taking place in Tulsa (Oklahoma). Booked my flights to the US and my internal flights too.

I speak to a lot of the guys over on 3ZC (our American chapter). Some I've already met on previous trips out to L.A and San Diego.

There's loads going on and there are set to be cars/owners from across the midwest, and Southwest corner of the US and further afield. Not just that, but I'm flying to San Antonio in Texas to do a roadtrip convoy with some guys from California and Texas to drive up through Dallas and then onto Tulsa. Lots of Z32s enroute. Hopefully I'll get a drive too. Also a Z only track day too.

I'm really excited! :hyper:

There is quite an active Z club in San Antonio and if you get a chance to meet up with the guys from the Z Club of Texas who are based in Dallas but watch out for a guy called Mad Mike Taylor. This the guy who got an actual State Trooper to arrest me, Hand cuffs the lot, and give me a summons for being a "ZED owner invading ZEE country" all in front off their monthly meet

You will have a great time over there and if you could spend a few days in Dallas they will treat you like royalty

If you meet up with them say big hallo from me,celery legs(Pauline),Daffyduck(Paul Eaton) &Julie &Kelly Wilkins

LOL, I remember you telling me that at Japfest! ha

I think his handle on 3ZC is desertdog? He's going with us if it is him. Drives a 240? Not sure that's the right person...as there are lots of Mikes that seemingly members in Texas! All of which I seem to speak to! LOL I think there are quite a number of guys going from the Z Club of Texas. I think from Dallas it's about a 5 hr drive. Our stint is about 8hrs I think across Texas.

I will. I am sure your names will be brought up. I'll mention it as soon as we turn up at Dallas.

I might be able to borrow one. It has been suggested. Quite a few members over there have more than 1 Z!

Im Very very Jealous Si. I'd love to do that....although I'd want to take my Zed along, and thats not really possible LOL

Go for it mate. That IMO would probably make the whole thing complete.

I drove one over there 2 years ago. Few guys say I can go out on the track with them. Hopefully I'll try and swindle a drive. :)

Over there for 2 weeks in total. Staying mainly in San Diego. I think the Zfest will take up about 4 days of my trip.
