Whilst the tinted looked good, if you'd tinted the centre panel, it would have looked really good, but you can't beat the 99s IMHO. Retains the distinctive and very individual Z look, but make it look more fresh-faced. :cool:

The 99 spec's look great as well though. Did you swap the center panel as well as I think that the white logo would look much better with the 99 spec than the red.

I have to admit i like both too in different ways :D

You loose the chrome bezels then. Only centre panel for 99 spec rear lights is a 99-spec rear panel. Looks a little miss-matched otherwise.

ALL new, i agree the white does look better but as Si noted you would lose the shiny bitz;)

 

Thanks for all the comments people, i grew out of the smoked rears but agree with you lot they did look good with the Yella.

 

But the new arse does make the car look "fresher";)

Yours is(was) probably the only Z32 that looked good with the tinted rears imo , but the new 99's look even better :cool:
