Another home run for Jimmer!... New turbos fitted...

I hope Zogg isnt too mad that Jimmer took a breather from his zed for a couple of days but this weekend he had christZtine back in for her continued 'im not stopping until everything has broken' type surgery! For her continued run of things going pop she has been awarded a new pair of GT525's..

A big thanks to Jimmer and of course his accomplice, Darrell (whos only gone and bought himself a zed ).. a real credit to these 2 as they work like a well oiled machine! having arrived @ 7am on saturday morning, the operation began... by 9am the engine was out  and having its defective stock turbos removed to be placed on the naughty step indefinately for not quitting that nasty smoking habit! dont get me wrong though... this was no rush job... the pair were busy taking the piss out of each other, drinking coffee, fighting over the torch of prosperity, smoking fags, darrell sniffing jimmer smoking fags..... not literally sniffing jimmer as he was smoking but passive snif... nevermind, forget it!... basically a nice steady pace from a pair that work very well as a team.

With the easy part done i left them to get on with it and by late saturday it was pretty much finished. a few things to button up and by sunday, am, she was once again purring, allbeit a little less innocently and a lot less smokily! They even fitted jimmers spare rad as my 1 was cracked on the top hose mount  and cured a small 'head scratching' oil leak that was keeping the underside of my car from rusting :headvswal

Thanks again Jimmer and Darrell for your hard work and experience.. another top job :D another happy customer

a very noticeable difference mate tbh... you can feel a little more lag as you wait for the gods to cast the spell... but when they do... WOHOOO! midrange is awesome and it pulls like a train all the way through the gear... still only running stock injectors at the mo though so when i get some 555's itll further unleash their potential :D

judging by previous driving sessions... the average drive time until component failiure is around 4.8 miles... i just had a flawless drive home from jimmers which is about 160 miles, so im on a rolling record  though the other side to this excitement could be that its immenently going to blow up and burn in a cloud of smoke! this car is a real credit to the quality of cars bought in by this trader! i cant stress the import ance of finding a reliable source for these expensive to repair/maintain supercars...

Blimey James (Jimmer), if nickz32 turns up that will scare the pants out of the neighbours.
