put my car through an mot last week and got it back yesterday. Took my car to go and get my tax disc as that had run out aswell. anyway i pulled out of my parking space and had to wait as there was stationary traffic in front this bloke in a pugeot 406 pulled out of this road on the right hand side and while i was still stationary he started to reverse into what he must have thought was a parking space but was actually me:headvswal. i honked my horn at him he stopped and then carryed on reversing into me , now i have a small but noticeable dent and scratches on my passengers side arch and bumper. the bloke got out his car and then blamed it on me he wouldn't give me any details nothing, so i took his number plate and the make of car really worried he isn't actually insured so i went to the police station and they took a statement and now i have to wait on them :cry:

mate , you made a BIG mistake ...you should have twatted him ...in the eyes of the law it proves who you think is to blame .and if you get nothing out of him then at least you have the satisfaction of at least knowing you cuffed him a a good one

but he has left the scene of an accident without giving details , contact your insurance and see how you stand with it was there any witnesses ??

hope his next "Number two" is an angry hedgehog

Really feel for you fella

Just hope that their insurance don't pick up that your car was on the road without road tax

Also please tell me you never told the police you were on the way to get your road tax

I know in Hindsight it is easy to say you can tax your car online or over the phone now days

i know alot of polish people at work so i am going to take the number plates down and try it on them, cause im pretty sure there not insured.

tw@t! i just love people who blame others when its impossible to be anyone else's fault but their own! :headvswal id check your Z thoroughly cos you never know what damage may have been caused ;)

its a good tool if it works. tried on mine and came back insured - which it is. wanted to try on a non insured car... but all cars in my household are lol...

and not to go off topic.... I sincerely hope u get it sorted.

he'll get done for leaving the scene of an accident too which a jail sentence if he does'nt turn up to court.

I hope you get it sorted mate.

Scum like that should not be on the road - hopefully he will get done for leaving the scene of an accident without giving you his details.

With the insurers database nowadays, your insurance company will know instantly who he is insured with and (hopefully) send your claim directly to them. His insurers will then demand he completes a claim form detailing what happened. That's what has happened where my drivers at work have driven into people recently.......

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
