Sorry, couldn't find a direct link to it.

The guides on there are really good. Helped me out no end.

Did mine sat,

you'll need a new filter, 3.5 litres oil (i used castrol edge 10-60), two axle stands and a jack and a 14mm socket / spanner.

I drove the car around and got it up to working temp, took the filler cap off, got it up on axle stands quickly, took out the 14mm nut on the bottom of the sump (BUCKET IN PLACE!!) and it poored out, then remove the old filter (BUCKET IN PLACE!!). rub some new oil on the seal of the new filter, screw it in, clean and replace drain bolt, off the stands and fill it up!!

Personally i put some oil in the filter before replaceing. Turned it over briefly and then let it run for a short period on idle. Checked oil levels again and took it for a gentle stroll. etc

I find the Z uses more like 4 ltrs (TT) rather than 3.5. Is good idea to drain oil when it is warm, I also jack the rear passenger side up (higher), so I can drain as much possible oil from the sump.

Wipe a bit of oil over the rubber O-ring on the new filter so it won't leak ;)

Good to do when warm as has been stated stated, but not freshly run/driven. You'll still have particulate and old oil at the top of the engine. Leave to drain overnight from a warm engine is ideal if you can do it that way.

and whatever you do, don't buy a cheap filter, the nissan genuine bits are only about £5 and get a new sump plug and collapsable copper washer if you can.
