Hi everyone,

 

Im getting really wound up know. I have owned my z for about 6 months and it is stunning par the drivers seat. So i brought one of ebay from Paul @ SWZ_Performance via ebay and sent the £80.00 inc postage as he requested around the 18th December 2007!!!

 

He sent me a mail saying thanks for the cheque and stated once it cleared he would send my seat on January 3rd.

 

Then time past and with every 3 messages i send he responds once with exscuses. The last being a man came to collect but the seat was to heavy???

 

So after about 30 messages and almost 2 months passing still nothing !!!

 

I sent the last message 10 days ago saying to just send me my money back but he never responded.

 

Any thoughts :wack:

That's an understandable statement, but by the looks of it, resorting to the keyboard seemed like the last and only resort for some members since no one could seemingly ever get hold of him.

As its been said, coming on here was obviously a last resort as he said he HAD tried to make contact.

 

Fingers crossed it will now all be sorted now, you are obviously one of Pauls mates but this is a not us vs them thread so no need to come on here in defence bud

Its quite easy to say that when you havent had something happen to you, i would be happy to compare the car covers in your car (which i spent days doing only for pj to put them on your car and the cam covers paul put on my car as a replacement) that would give you an idea of why i myself have been slightly annoyed, plus i have lots of pics and MOT + Mechanic reports to explain the other reasons. you can also see all the PM's and emails sent to PJ which will show you why i went public with my winging. I wasnt the first and sadly i wasnt the last.

TBH i spent a long time sticking up for PJ and i think i was all the more gutted with the outcome between us.

Last warning! I've already stated that ANY problems with SWZ then PM either Legrath or myself. We will do our very best to come to a resolution for you. Any more mud slinging and this thread will be closed.

Agree, having read the last 5 pages Andy and Legrath have said they will help/sort all the issues. I understand peoples frustration but give them a chance to sort it before you post anymore negative comments!

Can anyone that has any outstanding issues with SWZ or myself please PM or post here !

 

As far as im aware everyone should have every item they required and all people with outstanding work should of had contact from myself or dave ?

I did not sell you the car and i did not break my side of the deal !

 

I was asked to swap the engines which i did im sorry it took so long but other issues with suspension etc were the parts you removed and refitted yourself. Any problems you have with your car being a death trap is rubbish as I knew exactly where the car was going Zedworld and didnt see the point in rectifying faults caused by you !
