what do you's lot take to work for ya lunch, im sick of sarnies all the time and im sure all the bread dont help my IBS, have recently started to take salads and pasta's but i get sick of eating them aswell

 

any ideas on what i can take next

when i can be arsed, i generally alternate between sarnies, soup, re heated left overs (spag bol, chilli and alike) and pasta stir in stuff.

have got some home made soup, never thought of that

try adding other stuff into the salads . cous cous, peppers sliced small , banana.

 

even take cereals there so many variety's that you don't have to eat the same one for weeks LOL. or ready meals can make good lunchtime food. i personally have two small rolls 1 piece of fruit (banana/apple) packet of chrisps and a small chocolate bar. the best thing to remember is drink more water most times we think were hungry when its our bodies telling us we are dehydrated!

I usually buy lunch ....

 

M&S is just up the road and they make a cracking tomato and herb soup *drools*

Don't realy do dinners anymore a good full breakfast sets me up for the day, but used to do different pasta/meat sauce mixes with fruit yog's etc.

my previous foods were

 

breakfast.....ruslers burger, coffee and chocky bar

 

lunch......curry, chilli rice and chips, packet of crisp's and bicky

 

tea....something fried with beans and chips

 

supper......chinese, pizza and so on

 

have lost a stone in just over a month by changing my diet, i was 14stone 2, am now 13 stone 1

 

but im getting sick of the same old sarnies, also am saving a bundle having cereal at home for breakfast and taking my lunch to work

 

was spending nearly a tenner a day on crap

4 rounds of toast (cold), packet of cheese/oinion crisps,1 litre of water each day every day but i make up for it when i get home ;)

yea thats not right allan,i perform better if ime slightly hungry all the time

i can eat a hooge sunday lunch and be hungry within an hour lol

cos your body is used to eating so regularly! you need to retrain your head to your new habit!

My lunches vary. Sometimes if I'm on the road, I'll grab a sandwich, if I'm with customers or colleagues, it could be anywhere from a pub to a nice restaurant.

PMSL, it actually rules my life, hence the not travelling far to meets (first time ive announced that lol)

I`m the same , Alan . Also I lose concentration , and eventually get trembly .

I`m a fuel-guzzler , but I`m a skinny fooker . People generally hate me for that :rofl: I put it down to a fast metabolism , and the stress of worrying about the world ;)

I`m not diabetic or owt .
