i got 88 couldnt get the engine cylinder one thought there were two correct answers !!! fun but i have a headache now :tongue:

88%, that was another 15 minutes of work time spent wisely! :dance:

errrr question 1 was easy, then it went tits up 54% :rofl:

and 50 questions long.. :wack: brain only functions up to 5 max :p

72% failed, time to open my own garage me thinks lol

74%....have aguess what my job is as i'm saying nothing.......am gonna hide my head now, amazing how all the mathematics/mechanical science starts to come back, obviously not helping me guess the correct answer.

100%. Seems A-level Design & technology and GCSE Electronics taught me something! (And I honestly only did the quiz once!)

 

I must admit I had to sketch a diagram for the 'fans' question and one of the diagrams showing the levers didn't indicate where the lifting force would be applied but I guessed at the end of the lever, and turned out to be correct.

The engine intake one was a dodgy one, although the true scientific answer is that atmospheric pressure causes the intake due to the piston creating vacuum in the cylinder....

didnt the correct answer say something like air was sucked in due to the piston moving down? (which is the simple way of what youre saying)
