Woops...I got drunk and just ordered $1000+ worth of bits from Z1

I'm gonna regret this. I'm hammered and just ordered $1000+ worth of suspension bits from Z1 motorsport.

I'll report back tomorrow morning when I'm sober and wanting to kill myself!

Why do I always go e-shopping when I'm hammered. Not good at all. Some nice bits coming my way, but didn't fancy spending £600 this evening. :headvswal

I already have the dampers FFS, this is for the rest!

Cool, that car looks the bollcocks. You might need adjustable top mounts to move the spring assemblies out at the top as well?

Adjustable camber control arms do that.

Looks like I need to start drinking more! I've been planning to buy most of the same items but always back out at the last second when I realize it will just about break the bank.

I know this could be a sensitive subject, but why did you buy from Z1 rather than DTA? Was the savings enough to make it worth buying from the US? I want to support our traders but at the same time money talks...

You know I didn't think to be honest. It all started off with some confusion to the Tein springs supplied over here. The ones supplied in the US are 1.5"F and 1" rear drop, whereas the ones supplied over here are 0.8" and 0.4" drop. So I just ordered those straight from Z1 and to make it worth my while, just loaded up my shopping cart on the way.

I am one for supporting UK traders, but it just never entered my head for some reason. Probably because it was blighted by rather a large amount of vodka...and shots of cherry sours!

...of course the leather I just wanted to get from leatherseats.com as their quality is very good. Double stitched joins unlike the single stitching that most kits tend to come in.

those seats are the muts bud, I'm looking at z1 for the springs and locking collars myself as well, tell me how you get on with the experience will ya, surprised you didn't go for anti roll bars as well

Seats don't look like that, but that's the colour combo. Retrimmed Z seats basically.

I may well go for the Stillen sway bars at some point, but that can wait a little bit.

Fair enough Si,

Just started drinking who knows what I'll own tomorrow morning!

(or if I'll be sleeping on the couch when the boss finds out)
