going in this direction, just removed the rear spoiler today, need to sort out the paint and a small crease where the spoiler has affected the tail, what do you think?

Looks good still but i liked that spoiler on your car.

I agree.....

.......I like the smooth look - it looks good on your car - but I'm also a fan of the 99-spec rear spoiler :smw:

Richard

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

This mean you've got a 99 spec spoiler thats going cheap then? ;)

I'm alway wrong when I assume stuff , but theres no harm in askin :D

Paul, that's not a 99-spec rear spoiler.

I liked the spoiler. Smooth rear looks good. But not sure on the lettering, especially the 'twin turbo' decals on the tailgate.

got to agree on the decals

the car at least needs some sort of spoiler on teh back.

not a lover of the shopping troll look either, and as for teh ioning board look, well they only look good on race cars.

Cheers Si, am after a 99 spec, one for a project thats using my own skill, so don't want to make an arse of a new one, lol

looks better, never liked the 99 spoiler much. Those decals need to go ASAP, they take any class it had and throws it in the bin. Looks like the kind of thing you see on knackered old fords parked in rough council estates, hope i'm not being too harsh lol. Exhausts are a little OTT too but meh, get rid of the fog light and mud flaps then it will be perfect :p

those factory bumper extensions are rare bud, but im gonna make a one off rear with diffuser if I cant find a decent one pre made, decals will go when i get the rear tail sprayed after i clean it up, next weekend i will sand and fill where necessary then prime.

Well spotted Si - very subtle, but your pic clearly shows the difference. Not a bad substitute though.....
