Friend of mine up in San Francisco has a set on his. I thought I was going to hate them, but they seem to work ok. Obviously would look daft on cars with indicators still left in the wings.

I don't think they'd look good on any other colour but white or silver.

Hi,

Has anyone tried these led indicator mirror covers?....

I've got them, they are well made, and a good fit. I didn't need to anything with them except spray them and bond them on. Wiring them is easy although you need to take the wing mirrors apart to run the cable through.

Although they look best with darker colours, were you get the contrast, they're nice on silver but look naff on white, but that's to be expected.

Only problem with them is that they do tend to make the already oversized Mirrors quite a bit larger, and there shape is'nt entirely in-keeping with the rest of the car.

But there is very limited choice out there if you want to get rid of the wing indicators.

Hi,

They do look good,a nice modern upgrade, but I see what you mean about removing the wing indicators.

I see a previous set sold for $100, so not a bad price either!

You could always fold them in at speed to reduce drag, on a Jap spec car .;)

Hi all, desperately seeking a pair of these. Can anyone help please?

No, I believe these are long discontinued.

I ended up making my own as there was nothing out there or they were incredibly pricey - Japanese sites is your only hope but I got no joy if I remember correctly.

No they're soft and bendy hence why mine is forced in and curls around the end, boldy's is the same just a different shape with a lip that helps greatly in fitting :cool3: .

Guys, much thanks for all the info, particularly from AndrewG. Like the DIY idea but do not possess the skill to go down that route
