Last MOT you had...any work needed or did you piss it?

Not bragging but more relieved than anything else! Car went in this afternoon to Nelson and passed with a clean sheet, not bad for a car that is nearly 11 years old. Also noticed that Mat Lads has sailed through this week also.

So come on, did you pass without penalty or did you get a few black marks on the test sheet to sort out?

Passed 1st time last August, although the MOT centre was going to fail it for only having lap belts in the back until my cousin went to another MOT centre and photocopied the bit in their manual that says its ok for 4 seater cars.

One time I had my Westfield tested they adjusted the carbs for me to get it through the emissions test even though Q plate kits cars don't need to be emission tested. FFS! I'd just had the engine tuned and it was running beautifully before the MOT. The exhaust has popped on the overrun with big flames ever since. I always go along to the MOT with the Westfield these days and stop them doing anything stupid
