Last MOT you had...any work needed or did you piss it?

Not bragging but more relieved than anything else! Car went in this afternoon to Nelson and passed with a clean sheet, not bad for a car that is nearly 11 years old. Also noticed that Mat Lads has sailed through this week also.

So come on, did you pass without penalty or did you get a few black marks on the test sheet to sort out?

Straight through - no worries.

In the past have had to have a new suspension top link and new front discs though ....

Mine always passes. I bought my current house from the guy who owns the testing station biggrin.gif

passed fine last time, this time it wont though i dont think. It handles like shit, so there has to be something wrong with it somewhere.

dunno mine ran out in may and ive been too busy to get it done yet

Mine failed on offside rear electronic damper unit £85, & the handbreak travel £20 (new cable)& still impressed for a 10 year old car. Fail was 3 days before trax last year frown.gif cost me my stint around Silverstone frown.gif.

As 'Iain' said maintenance is crucial! Tlc & this forum are serious money saving tools in the box.

Mine 'flew' through the MOT apart from front brake pads which were replaced then no probs!.

Shit...I've got to do mine. I must replace the balljoints and sort out the tracking first though. Hopefully they will not see that the front bushes are leaking after I've cleaned them up. Don't worry fellas I'm getting them replaced as soon as I have the time to sort them out. Fingers crossed.

Praying & hoping,

Van
