You dont see them very often. Last year I did in the region of 100,000 miles for work and saw about 5. 4 on the M6. Its nice to be different. :D

There will be a few at JAE.

Yep very strange. I drove to cornwall and back a few weeks ago. about 12 hours of driving. Saw 1 on M5.

Last week drove about 4 miles to a local cricket ground round the lanes and saw 1. Couldn't believe it.

Darrell

That was one of the main reasons I got a Z................ I was looking at getting either a Supra........... Alfa GTV 30 V6.............or a Z.

So pleased with my choice ;) Love the way they are few and far between on the roads.

Example: A friend of mine has just got a RX8.. I've always liked them and it is great to drive and looks good..................... But when I drive to my local shops I normally see about half a dozen driving past me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

love my zed no matter where i go it always turns heads.... and with the tops off you always get people says '' nice care mate'' nice feeling

its very true - compliments come from every angle - i dont think many people even know what car it actually is! where i am i rareley see a zed - thats the reason i bought 1 - the day i got it a red zed appeared out of nowhere - but then dissappeared! since i have had mine - since march - i have seen only that 1 red zed maybe 3 times!

Apart from the 2 or 3 that live near me i hardly ever see any on the road, even when i go to a show i dont see any going to it or on the way home, but theres always loads there. When i first got it people would always ask what it is, is it a tvr? ferrari? when you say its a nissan 300zx, people still look at you a bit confused (unless i just got the idiots)

Its nice to have a car that you never see about tho, just imagine owning a scooby.

, just imagine owning a scooby.

some stupid slag at work owns a scooby .... and I was asking her about it.. she couldnt tell me a thing about it... and she says some guy in the same car as her flashed his lights at her and she proceeded to call him an idiot.

I said no darling, you are the idiot - he is an enthusiast and obviously is saying hi... told her if she was to go on the owners site, she might find a post saying someone spotted her.

She reckons only sad people go on owners sites - and what kind of wierdos flash their lights at eachother when they dont even know eachother..

some people need putting down

Hi Ron,

Im just down the road from you in Manchester, only ever seen one black one in Rochdale, but that was a while ago.

Have a look in the NW Regional section, Turb0z is always organising meets etc here in the North West.

Blonde per chance?

mine is just standard and nothing abnormal to look at, its all original apart from the exhaust ! ( nice growl lol ) but it turns heads! i was goin to buy an mr2 or the z and i bought the z, im glad tho cause my kids maybe cramped but can fit in the back!! and my boy loves it ( 4yr old ) especially when the roof is off! he's been absolutly freezing but wont let me put the roof back on or do the windows up! looks like another up and coming z fan! lol as for a scooby! its a clitoris car! every c**ts got 1 ! so why drive round in a run of the mill car that even pensioners are running round in!

LOL - yeah a few was correct.

I think I counted 7 Z32`s and 2 240z`s in the showground and the odd one here and there in the car park.

Hi,

There were 12 Z32s on the stand at JAE on Saturday and a few more today.Plus there were several dotted around the showground on other stands.

Even sadder people drive Scoobies and will only go to the owners site once they've broken theirs and can't afford to fix them!

Tell her to STFU and use 'imagination' when purchasing her next car, not back issues of Max Power.

Blonde per chance?

watch it mate!!! :D

I've had my zed for just over a year and I think I have only seen about 4 or 5 on the road in that time.

I do love it when people turn heads as I drive past... such a good feeling.

When I go to the odd jap car meet, there only ever seems to be 2 or 3 zeds. They so seem very rare now.

I have been spotted once by a fellow 300zx club member. I love it when im spotted.

Never been spotted... I live in Basingstoke and have seen 2 zx's. spoken to the owner of 1 who said she was banned from this site for extreme veiws???? and the other 1 was a black convertible, throttle wide open, windows down and going the other way... lol again in Basingstoke... Nice owning such a rare car.

I've been to a few Jap car meets in mine and whilst I agree, the car loads a mental amount of attention from the general public, when at Jap car meets, no one ever seems that interested in them. Find they don't get that much attention.

we all no the reasons for that.

Jap cars within the scene do not get any respect unless they have featured on the fast and flaming furious!
