though other than z centre they can be purchased through smithys-place/dta motorsport... have a look in the trader section... there are cheapies avail from ebay and such but steer clear, these parts are put under massive stress loads and you want to be sure you have a good quality stress tested item :)

Will be ordering a few sets of these in the next week or so.

Powertrix = £215

SPL = £255

I'd go with the Powertrix units as they are just as good as the SPL units and considerably cheaper.

Give me a shout if you want to order a set.

Wasn't there something about the SPL ones using better bearings or something? Sure Smithy said something like that?

Powertrix are rated highly in the US and I'm sure they are up to the job. It's also advisable to get adjustable tension rods as well to go with these.

Agreed, the adjustable upper arms work best in conjunction with adjustable tension rods (Powertrix = £120 / SPL = £135).

The difference in quality/durability between the Powertrix and SPL parts is negligible and I would therefore recommend Powertrix parts. Furthermore, SPL parts are usually not in stock whereas Powertrix parts are readily available.

Cheerio!

Yeah sooo long ago that now bud, basically SPL used Koyo sealed bearings and Powertrix didn't, however Powertrix now do and have done so for some time, hence why I always pushed them. The main differences between the upper arms Danny now sells and others on the market, is that both SPL and Powertrix are Z32 fitemnt ONLY, they will openly disclose the material, load bearing and how constructed etc,along with using Sealed bearings instead of using grease nipples ! other companies don't list this info cos they can't and don't use sealed bearings, so yer know what to buy and where peeps :D

cheers
