Does any1 know how easy it is to remove the glass lense on the headlights as the rubber cap which covers the bulb unit on the back has fell off and the inside of the unit has got a layer of dust making it look alot more dull than the otherside thanx

i used the mrs's hairdryer.... plenty of patience and the glue eventually becomes tacky again. its no where near as fiddly as the rear light clusters but just be careful not to crack the glass whilst prizing. if its too stiff keep heating it eventually comes off a piece of cake :)

give the whole unit a good clean too once its apart and stick some of them little silicon bags under the plastic to absorb the moisture... then just ensure its well sealed on assembly. re-heat the glue to put it back together, then what i did was run a bead of clear silicon sealant around the join once bonded back to be sure of a good seal.

have you taken the headlamp out yet? thats the hardest part imo ;)

indeed with the front bumper off it is easy... yes just 4 bolts...

can i offer you some advice though... on both sides, the bolt inboard and aft (ie the one closest to the back of the nose panel) is the pita bolt to remove when the bumper is on because its hard to get to the head through the structure and gubbins... on these 2 bolts (1 each side) grind out a slot on the tail of the bolts so that in future it can be wound out from the top using a flat blade screwdriver. (i just used my dremel for this)

it will make life a hell of a lot easier and save your knuckles if the time did arrise where you need to remove it with the rest of the car in 1 piece :)
