I am tired of looking for a good reliable importer that would bring me a Z from Japan Violet no back spoiler! and it seems like it´s getting to be a pain in the azz! everyone talks about how good it is to bring a Z from Japan..but all I see on the auctions list lately is complete trash! very poor ugly quality Z´s..

 

where are those good Z´s low mileage with extras that all these companies like Bonsai and neweraimports state on their propaganda? I been quoting with different imports websites in the last year and despite Japcity wich is one of the best I found..the rest are complete shit.

 

Bonsai and newera are so and I mean soo damn rude:( you put a quote for them to get back to you and they don´t even answer you back ever..newera they pressume about their best guy name Miguel to find you a decent Z or any Jap car and he doesn´t even answer you... so what´s the deal?

 

The only decent good looking Z´s I´ve seen so far from my long experience search are the ones back in the USA, but obviously those are impossible to bring or ship back to Europe..because I would end up paying more for the burocratical paperwork than the own car itself...

so this leaves me to the point that eachday I am giving up more the idea of purchasing a Z..just because I can´t seem to find a damn good decent importer who would move their ass back in Japan and look for one!

so my SOS here is, if any of you know of a good reliable importer who is willing to look for Z violet no back spoiler!!!!! Goddamned, is it so hard to look for a no back spoiler on purple?? I know there outhere cause I´ve seen many of them when Nissan made their 1997,98 latest models..

 

but probably many importers just don´t want to move their asses in the look for one..and rather have the buyer just look at the poor shitty Z´s that appear eachday on the auctions..same colour always btw; silver,red or sometimes..blue..violet or black are the less seen.. anyway´s

maybe sone of ya..could link me a good importer for crying sick :rant:

firstly, are you aware how fewer 97+ zeds were made in total, let alone midnight purple ones with no rear spoiler! your search criteria is very specific so to find a tidy exact match would be very tricky. i would suggest you broaden your criteria and request one regardless of the rear spoiler and have it smoothed when you get it.

 

as for an importer, the 300zx.co.uk registered importer, Lee (Import-Ance), comes highly recommended, i am currently using him to source one for me. contact him to discuss your options and he will advise you on the likelyhood of your requirement :)

None of the UK importers will have imported a 300zx newer than 96 in the past few years as its not possible to register them in the UK becuase of SVA laws....this will probably be different for spain, but not sure how this would work with the importer.

 

All TT's came with a spoiler, and only the NA had optional no spoiler. Its does'nt take much to remove the spoiler afterwards.

I´m not necessarily looking for TT, so it would increase my chances for a none back spoiler, as of removing the back spoiler wouldn´t be a big problem that´s not true according to a thread I once submitted here and it´s ahard rough job and also the car would look shitty afterwards....

Purple ones do come up and yes some without spoilers, all depends on how much you have to spend as decent newer models ie 95+ tend to still fetch good money!!

 

The purple on i just imported was a 99 spec but was made to look like one, be it very very well done ;)

I can also say that as of late the quality of the ZX's offered in Japan has been very poor, the only decent car I have seen is a 97 TT slicktop in white... really does seem a difficult time to get hold of decent example at the moment, and I check everyday!! I am currently after one for Joel but so far nothing has come upto scratch... sometimes you just have to be patient...

I have to agree, i have tried to buy 5 or 6 zed over the last few months only to be told that there really rough or not as described :(

That's the problem though Mike, £12-13K OTR will make it a very very hard sell in the Uk with prices of 350z's getting lower all the time... do you remember the poor sod who had the brown convertible with silly low mileage that started of at £18K and hung around for years!!

I aye bud, a car like that would need to be done as a private import and paid for upfront as its a big risk to just bring it in and risk either having it for months or letting it go cheaper and losing loads of money!!

Check out http://www.autoadvan.co.uk, they have a wide selection of cars currently available including Zeds. I have just imported a GREEN TT AUTO with 52K miles. The day I bought this one they also had a 97 Purple manual with beige leather interior...so they do exist.
