Any idea? its all the one wheel, the other 3 are ok, just need a normal refurb!

 

Just wondering if anyone has had some work done like this? and how much it cost.

 

Still cant find a company that can do this sort of work... but im working on it!

I have just had this done to mine fella, & were a lot worse than yours, so what i did was take them to a local welder who did it for me for £100 then i had to sand them down and pay to get them sprayed £40

 

looking back i would have them done by a proper wheel refurbisher there are plenty about even mobile ones, your best off with the powder coating as it is harder than spraying IMHO

I've been quoted £60 a wheel for my 19" league lg152's which i thought was ok considering they're 19", just not sure if they'd look better in black on my zed. Gonna have to do some photoshoping.

I have a customer who collects argon from me which he uses to repair alloys by TIG.

The company name is Auto Visual and they are based in Linlithgow, their number is 01506 840200. I can not vouch for them as I have never seen any of their work but they talk a good job. If you do use them tell them that you got their number from Andy BOC, it won't get you any disscount but it might get me some, LOL!!!

There is a place in Cambuslang that do wheel repairs and powder coat will try and find the address, there used to be one in Airdrie right behind the football stadium i used them a couple of years ago, will find out if they are still there and get back to you.

hi mate i had my split rim done by ace preformance in scotland he had to rebuild mine as i lost the backend and hit a curb i bent the rim bad and buckled the hub ,every one i spoke to said it was a right off check out his web site it cost me £200 ..
