Just joined up today for a bit of friendly help and banter as i already know a few of you. For those who dont, my names sharon and im thinking about buying a zed but want to find out more about them to help me decide if there for me or not.

I was taken out in one a couple of weeks ago and it was pure madness.

Why should i get a zed? Why do you love them so much?

Anyone wanna talk me into buying one a bit more feel free :)

Looks great,

Wont get a better sports/GT car for the money,

Great power,

Nice inside,

Has you hooked from your first drive.

Get one dude!

For a car that went out of production over 10 years ago, it can still turn heads. IMO ;)

Hello Stealth :)

Get one they're great. I bet I can guess who's Zed you've been in ;)

Oh and it's great to see you over here. :D :D

What do you want to know about the mightie Zed :)

They look Fantastic

They drive Fantastic

and at the moment they are as cheap as Fook

Are you the same stealth as on Japgirls? :D

You'll make the right choice, i've had everything from MR2s to supras and beyond and the zed is the only car i've wanted to keep.

It's smooth and sleek, mindbendingly quick in stock form and with a few bolt on goodies even quicker, still a lovely shape for a car from 1990, comfortable to drive long distance, the members are friendly, parts are easy to get hold of cheaply

In short it's a good choice :D

Nick

Yep im the one and only stealth from JG.

I was never really that interested in the zed til i actually went out in one, now im seriously thinking about becoming an owner

when you see one in the rear view mirror it screams "get the **** outta the way".

Unlike the Supra which says "look at me, I'm the automotive equivalent of Ric Waller".

Get one, you won't regret it. Unless you buy Bird's one ;)

Third gear acceleration. No further justification required !

I test drove a supra, and a 3000gto before i took the 300zx out, the power delivery is very good and smooth, the feel you get when you get to the edge of its performance envelope is intuitive so correction is easy, it looks better than the supra and 3000gto and the inside isnt as tacky.

and you get to eat, drink and party at JAE into the early hours of the morning, long long after the supra, mitsi, scooby wimps have retired with a mug of cocoa.

personally im a cocoa man meself..............................hahahahahahaahahroflmao, mind you that says we are pissheads of the jap performance car scene

a brilliant car the feeling you get when you drive through town and everyone drools over your zed is mad and there is a supra and evo in my town and they didnt get a second look when my zed was about

300ZX is something a little individual. It's one of the reasons I chose it. Something you rarely see, something with good performance and something very pretty.

Nooo i'm not working on two of them lol

That's okay, us girls will do the work

Any excuse for us to all pile down to Stealth's place get dirty and have a few drinks ;) LOL

Oi cheeky, its your fault i want one! :smash:

Cause they look and go like nothing you can buy for the money.. Reliable as well.. Long as you don't keep crashing them like me ;(

P.s The reason for spending so much time getting the back of my car to look good was thats the view most other motors see of it ;)

i wanted one since i was a wee boy  ...........got my twin turbo just after christmas this year, i'm now 25!!!!

it's just dawned on me while reading this post that i've wasted 8 years of my motoring life!!!!!! :slap:

i love my zed more than any other car i've owned including an MR2 turbo, scooby, 200sx and an evo!

I've spoken to lots of people that have driven/drive a zed and everyone's response is the same
