Bite me :D ;)

get your subscriptions worth and blow me

5w-50 would be me more suited to general short journeys, and you want an oil to give you good protection

10w-60 for trackdays, long journeys where your giving it beans!

5w-50 would be fine for short trips about shops, work etc :) they will both be fully synthetic so will give you maximum protection

no one is right when it comes to recomending oils, you can only offer your opinion, iv always used 10w-60 rs as i do cane my car most of the time, secondly iv never had any problems using it in the last 4years

 Don't tell me you ignored my advice and carried on using lard Greg? I warned you about the low temperature lubrication properties of that stuff!!!!!

:D

in which case il use 14 year old virgin oil only downside would be initial startup which may cause dry tight chaffing of the bearings etc :p

kinky! :p

You said the kinkier the beter last time I saw you..... Pease don't ask me to wear that gimp suit again :p

Where abouts are you? I've got at least one bottle of millers 10-60 that I used to use in my Zed, maybe a couple. I'm rotary now and they don't use synthetic oil.
