hicas fluid

Hi ive had my hicas light coming on and off when cold starting which ive been told is normal this time of year ,so i bought some dextron 3 to top it up which i take it goes in the green container to the left of the engine ,but i went to and it looks pretty full so i did t bother, any ideas :headvswal

    same here...HICAS light on for 5-10 mins then goes out...any ideas folks?

     

    ahh no worries...just did some searches...i see its a case of ATF getting thicker in the cold hence the light going out when things have warmed up

    yeah that was my prob....took it out and jiggled it around and all is ok now...haha
