anyone know the normally ride hight for the Z. mines is stupidly low about max 1" off the deck! what lowing springs do people recommend as im fitting a new frount bumper which is lower anyway and dont want the paint scraped!

eibach pro springs, approx 35mm drop and there progressive, nice spring rate, only slightly stiffer than stock. But are highly recomended :cool:

yep sure does mate, no scraping and i had full bodykit, check your shocks aswell if there in poor condition, fitting new springs will kill the shocks even more! kyb agx are a good shock and is ajustable via damping :cool:
