C'mon, you've been on here long enough to know that surely. MJP.of course. :)

Got mine from Mike freely MJP I think about £110 for the pair (both inners)

Mine failed on this too.

2x 30mm spaners (open ended) needed to change them as well as some average normal tools.

I just had to buy two new ones from courtsey nissan in the states $168 plus £25 import duty, the bastids.

Outers you mean the ones in the rear alloy hubs .Can you let me know how you got the old ones out .Ive tried on a old rear hub of the car with no luck thanks taff.

I used a press to push the old ones out, no problem realy, just unbolt the upright from the hub and take to a press.

Can they be done on the car removing rear hub is a big job on its own.

I'm told it can be done but I had my rear end out at the time.

yes i told scrawni last week.im a truck mechanic and a lorry balljoint splitter makes them fly out in situ.

Thanks mate can you hire these spliters are they the sissor type spliters thanks taff.

Taff,

Yeah I think you can hire them. 2 claws clamp round the hub and the screw screws onto the ball joint thread and it comes off with a BANG!!!!!
