Ok,

My car is a crap colour (unless its just cos it looks old) and im going to be sorting out the rust on the arches very soon so i might as well get it sprayed at the same time.

Now im really stuck on what colour i want for it, i personally love black cars which i think looks great on a zed for example zelda,

I normally dont like red but i think it looks good on a zed.

I also like the blue that is on Jason Farrows zed and getgreddy's.

I think certain white ones look the dogs danglies such as paul g's which is probably my favourite zed.

Also i will be looking to go wide arch eventually but at the minute i just want to know what colour to go for as a stand in until then but i want a really nice looking car.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what colours i should choose????

Example pictures always helps :D

Or would it be better to just give it a once over in the current colour.

Have to agree with BantamBunny there. Get yours mopped or whatever by a proper paint shop and it'll bring it up nice...........

I agree here too

Plus if you ever get a scratch etc later, keeping the original colour is best for any body-shop as they can get the paint code from the VIN-plate ;)

Richard :)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Obviously you've never seen MAC 1's car then. lol Also Yami has a SWB N/A wide arch Strosek kit and Bee Gee Vinz has a blinged up LWB wide arch.

Not to mention Gruntpa64's SWB........

Ive polished it with T-cut and stuff but hasn't made much difference to be honest.

How would i go about finding out the colour it is?

The colour code will be on the vin plate near the rad, it will say something like CLR followed by couple of letters/digits.

As for the blue zed from TT.net, try going on there and ask for the person that owns it. The picture in my folder is named PakiHomBoySig maybe that's his user name without the "Sig". You can then ask him the paint details. HTH

WHITE WHITE WHITE!!!!! ;)

I agree mate, i like blue, just think that my car looks very very dull

Here's my suggestion fella:

Full cutback on the paint and polish,

Chrome inserts for the lights,

Clear chromed front indicator pods and side repeaters from zcentre

Get the wheels tidied up/new wheels and i think you'll be looking at a different car

and some nice chrome rubbing strips down the sides  ;)

pmsl  i don't have the chrome strips but i've the rest on there. i think they look great now  really brightens up the car :) I haven't got a picture with the new front indicators on but you get the idea :)

It probably is. He might have bumped the saturation in Photoshop. Looks like he has to me.
