....but only for a week though, but I'm dreading it. Like to know it's close by and stuff.

It's going into the bodyshop to have the rear bumper lower half of front bumper, tailgate and rear spoiler painted. So, taking off the rims tonight and putting on some JDM wheels... :wack:

I'm going to prep the rear bumper and the lower half of the front bumper. Be interesting to see how quickly this rock guard effect comes off with a small rotary sander. I've hired one out for £10 for the weekend. Quite looking forward to getting the bumpers lovely and smooth. I've done a fair amount of bodywork over the time, and it's only light prep work, so confident it'll look good and be nice for the painter to work with.

Just need to find a sign makers locally to make me up some exact copy pin stripe now.

Will get some photos up tomorrow of my progress with the smoothing.

Looking at your car on there, I'm liking the black/silver theme. You going to tint out the rear lights like T-Pots? They look lovely if done properly.

I think that's the way to go mate, just need to get around to doing it.

this might sound like a stupid idea but have you spoken to nissan about the vinyl your lookin for? could they supply them?

It's about £30 a section! Not spending £60 if I can get the same stuff made for a tenner and have lots left over.
