I`m just chasing that one up etc..dont always have to be something up but compression test and inspection would be done before hand anyway.

id steer away mate, search for the skyline owners club or gtr owners club, sure theyll be loads on there. id say you could pick up a reasonable stage one r33 GTS for about 5k

you can get GTR's nowadays for £10k ish so its driven the GTS prices right down

I'd steer clear of it too. Looks terrible. Cheesey graphics and god-awful rims do nothing for that car.

 

Just look for something that looks a bit more like this. :) ...oh look, same rims as me!

 

Best place to buy one is of the forums, see whats for sale then look back at the sellers previous posts, you will see all the problems they have had and what they`ve done about it. Can find alot of the cars history this way.
